Roadside Clean-up - April 20th!

Every April the Green Team sets aside one weekend to urge Pomfret to celebrate Earth Day with a trash bag and a pair of gloves. You can choose your own road or another that needs a cleanup.
The Green Team will set up at PCS from 8:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, April 20th handing out bags, orange vests, and if needed, a road cleanup assignment. Free coffee and donuts are also available!!
The Green Team encourages everyone to ensure as much recycling as possible by putting trash into a green bag and recyclables (plastic, glass, and cans) into a clear bag. You can leave the filled bags at a convenient road corner and the Town road crew will pick them up on the following Monday for proper disposal.
